• As CSR you are the single point of contact towards our national and international customers
• You offer an excellent service to our customers by supporting them and watch over the partnership between JET group and the customer
• Customer satisfaction is your middle name
• Customer relationship is on the top of your list. You have a perfect overview of the shipments; follow up and pro active communication is normal for you. You always keep an eye on customers’ needs and the needs of the JET group

Your qualities

You go by “customer is king” and you already have some experience in the field bringing this into a business environment. No experience? No worries, we also have a soft spot for rookies. You like a national and international work environment and are not afraid of the dynamic world of logistics and transportation. You are willing to go the extra mile, you think outside the box in order to get the best possible solution for the customer. You have PC skills and are familiar with office. Je hebt een goede kennis van het Nederlands, English is your cup of tea und Sie lieben Deutschland. Knowledge of French is a plus.
